Login to PSS Access to manage important account information.

In order to better serve our customers, you will have online access to your account information. In the event that you need to verify your call list, zones, if your permit is current, or check when an alarm came in, you can easily view it online.

To login to your PSS Access account you need 3 pieces of information:

  1. Receiver: Enter 'MT'
  2. Account # Your account number.
  3. Passcode: This is the passcode you gave us on your paperwork.

PSS Access works great on your iPhone, Android, or Blackberry phone.

Open this page on your phone and click the PSS Access Login link.

Add a PSS Access shortcut onto your phone's homescreen:

  1. Open your internet browser on your smart phone
  2. Type in
  3. For Android
    1. Press Menu
    2. Add Bookmark
    3. On your Bookmarks Page, press and hold the PSS Bookmark
    4. Click Add Shortcut
    5. Our PSS Logo will add to an open slot on your phone screen. Move to any desired location.
    6. Tap the logo to open PSS Access
  4. For iPhone
    1. Tap the "+" sign on the menu bar at the bottom of your screen
    2. Add to Home Screen
    3. Our PSS Logo will appear on your home screen
    4. Tap the logo to open PSS Access

Don't forget to contact us if...

  • You have ANY CHANGE in phone service.
  • You change to Voice-over IP or Uverse, add DSL, etc.
  • Change any of your contact numbers on your call list, i.e. cell phone or work numbers, add or delete a contact person, etc.
  • Have a change on your billing credit card or checking account.

What happens in the event of an alarm?

Our monitoring station is located in Lewisville with 4 redundant stations in other locations throughout the country. The number they will be calling from is 800-633-2677, which you may want to put in your phone, so that you will be able to quickly identify that you have an alarm call coming in.

  1. They will call to verify the alarm to 2 numbers (unless other wise specified) before dispatching the authorities.
  2. They will identify themselves as calling from Parker Security Services.
  3. If you need to cancel an alarm, you will need to give your passcode and may need to spell it (for added security, the operators cannot see your passcode.)
  4. The operator will also ask for your name.
  5. If unable to verify the alarm, the operator will dispatch the proper authorities wnd then continue to call your emergency contact list.
  6. A cell phone text or email (if we have that information on file) will also go out at that time.
  7. Our response time is an average of 16.9 econds from the completed transmission of an alarm until the operator places the first call. We make every effort to eliminate false alarm calls to the authorities, so in the event you accidently tripped your alarm, just be prepared to answer your phone that is listed on your call list.
  8. A record of your alarm event is available by logging on to your account on PSS Access.

How do I change the time on my control panel?

  1. Press *6
  2. Enter your 4 digit master code
  3. Press 1
  4. Enter the military time (i.e. enter 1523 for 3:23 PM, enter 0323 for 3:23 AM)
  5. Enter the date MM/DD/YY
  6. Press ##
